Ingredients
  • 800grams pork meatshoulder is best
  • 200grams pork sausagesmoked or raw
  • 1head garlic
  • 3tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1-2tbsp hot paprika powder
  • black peppercornsto taste (you can substitute this with black ground pepper)
  • saltto taste
  • 300ml red wine
  • 2cups water
  • 50ml cooking oilrapeseed oil is best
  • 6 eggsone for each portion
  • 200grams white cheese(telemea if you’re from Romania – grated kefalotiri or feta work if you’re not)
