For the goulash
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
  • 200grams pork filledcubed
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 250ml red wine
  • 25grams unsalted butter
  • 1tbsp all-purpose flour
For the placek
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 peeled carrot
  • 1 small carrot(optional)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 eggbeaten like a ginger stepchild
  • 1tbsp cooking oil
  • salt and white pepperto taste
  • sour creamto serve
